102 92 Engine Steam Vents Kit Complete Fits For LS1 LS6 LS3 Coolant Crossover

Description: LS family of engines -4AN anodized BLACK aluminum Steam Vents with hose & hardware for front and rear venting. Complete kit. Designed specifically for 102 or 92 manifolds. This driver front and passenger rear vent ports cause the most fitment issues; this raises issues with installation. Which may result in being required to lift the manifold. We have installed the kit in the shop without the need of lifting the manifold. However it takes patience and a bit of luck. It is possible you might need to lift the manifold approximately .5" to clear these two corners. Once you get the AN fittings threaded on the steam vents on the two corners the rest of the kit is a simple install.   Set (4) of LS aluminum 6061 steam vents with precise fitment and high quality engineering Billet vents feature precision machining with Allen head bolts and “O” ring pressure sealing.  Black anodized lightweight 6061 AN aluminum fittings provide maximum flow and do not require sealing compound or Teflon tape, one-piece reusable mandrel-bent fittings. Includes (All assembled): Hose 1 Driver side front to driver side rear: • 45° fitting front (difficult corner) & 90° fitting rear. 21" Hose 2 Driver rear to passenger side rear: • 0° fitting driver side rear & 120° fitting passenger rear (difficult corner). 10" Hose 3 Driver rear to passenger side front: • 0° fitting driver side rear & 90° fitting passenger front. 31" Hose 4 Passenger side front to radiator: • 90° fitting passenger front to -4 hex finisher. 24" • Two -4AN T-fitting with swivel on run • One -4AN T-fitting with swivel on side (passenger rear top) • Four -4AN Steam Vent fitting -4 black nylon braided hose with bursting strength at 1,500lbs. Already cut to proper length and fittings installed to route all 4 corners into one complete comprehensive kit.  Note: Some cars may have larger 3/8 barb fittings on their radiators. If so there is one of a few solutions. 1) try like heck to slip the -4 hose over the larger barb with some 40 2) stretch the hose overnight and apply some heat 3) buy the -4 to -6 hose adapter hose with fittings located item Installing steam vent reliefs on in all four corners of the engine have been proven to limited detonation in chambers 8 and 7 specifically. A must for high horsepower engines!!! This is a high quality kit that will flow well and be a great improvement over stock steam vent plumbing.
