Description: Nice 1860s cover from East Cleveland, Ohio. Small cover with 3 cent 1861 (#65) and serifed town name CDS with sans serif "Ohio" at bottom. Cuyahoga County DPO, 1847-1875; a second office of this name oppened in 1888 and lasted until 1904. Slight uneven reduction at left. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
