PMG 63, Almost Fully framed except a small area upper right side; very rare to find with this note in choice condition, almost always found cut into the margins. Paper quality of these notes is average and does show signs of ink burn which is very common, however no comments by PMG on this note. Great note for its condition and scarcity. Hard to find in higher grade.
