Description: 1870 Shield Nickel, FS-301.Clash with Indian Cent die, with RPD. Remnants of the clash are still readily evident on this piece, along with the RPD, most noticeable on the "1". Piece is problem free with even and honest wear. Obverse photos were taken in 3 different lightings to best illustrate the clash marks. Actual coloration is that of any standard circulated Shield Nickel, medium gray. All offers are welcomed and reviewed.
