Size: The dimensions of the map area between the neat lines measures 14 by 18 inches (27x37cm) on a page measuring 17 by 22" (43x57cm) with a margin all around as seen in the main pic. Condition: The map is in Excellent condition. It is very clean with strong color on a bright page, blank on the reverse. It is basically as seen in the pics, very clean with no defects to mention, see the pic for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
