Description: This charming real photo postcard was made by Rotograph, printed in England and posted in 1907. Titled "Cinderella. Changing for the Ball", it shows a young girl standing before a curtain or painted backdrop. She's wearing a crown of orange blossoms and leaves and has a shawl of sheer netting and eyelet lace around her shoulders and trailing along the floor - her short dress has a ragged hem and a patch. Rotograph made rppc's of famous actors posed in costume on the stage, but this little girl is not identified. It's Rotograph Series B2054. The postmark was applied so heavily that it left an impression on the photo and there are small white spots of wear on the high spots. There's also a nick in the photographic surface on the veil - see photos.
