The ball is bright and clean, with some fading to a few signatures, otherwise generally bright and unfaded. This model of the Official Joseph Cronin American League baseball has been utilized by professional baseball from 1960-1969. Housed in an acrylic display cube. The Los Angeles Dodgers returned in 1966 to defend their 1965 World Championship. Sandy Koufax highlighted the 1966 season winning his second consecutive (third overall) Cy Young Award with a league leading 1.73 ERA, 27 Wins, and 317 Strikeouts. The Dodgers won the 1966 National League pennant, but were unfortunately swept by the Baltimore Orioles in the World Series.
