Description: 1970s Men's Waltham Manual Wind Watch This is an beautiful men's Waltham manual wind watch, manufactured in Switzerland I believe sometime in the early 1970s. The 17 jewel movement has been cleaned and oiled, and the watch is keeping accurate time. The watch also has a date indicator at the 3 index, and it works as designed by flipping over around midnight every day. The beautiful blue dial on this watch is in excellent condition with no color loss or scratches or patina. There is luminous material on the hands and indexes, but it no longer glows in the dark. The case has been cleaned and polished, and shows minor surface scratches from past use. A brand new acrylic crystal has been installed. The gold tone stainless steel expandable bracelet that came with the watch remains, and is in very good condition with very little color loss. Overall, the watch is in excellent condition and ready to wear!
