As a seller, I cannot know for sure if it was mis-delivered, etc.I also don't go nuts packaging the cheaper cards… I've ruined more getting them out of packages wrapped to survive a nuclear war and damaged trying to open them. I ship in standard cardboard envelopes and a top loader.
