If you are planning on buying only 1 door please message us after the auction to let us know which door you'd like. * Please note that the 30"x84" in the title is just an estimate. The doors are not exactly that size. Please see "Dimensions" below.* Shipping prices to the Northeastern states may be significantly lower than the flat rate price we have to ship to all parts of the country. Read the "Shipping" section below for more information.Charming, antique doors salvaged from an old home in Northeastern, PA. The doors have a solid Douglas fir core covered in a 1/8" thick Heartpine veneer. They are completely stained (not painted). Please don't think that "veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture, these veneers are 1/8" thick and provide strength and stability to the door. They have 2 panels on both sides and . Unlike most 2 panel doors which have flat panels and simple molding, these have raised panels and fancy raised (applied molding) Hardware: Nether door is equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of hardware to outfit them (check out our store).* If you would like the hardware holes plugged with solid wood, please email us for a quote.Quirks & Considerations: Door#1 has a small (1/8") gap between the lock stile and middle rail (see last photo). This is not a serious issue and the door could still be installed and used for decades without the gap widening. However, we could close the gap using clamps and reinforce/secure the corner using modern glue and some dowels (wooden joints)--message us for a quote.Condition: Considering the doors are well at least 100 years old, they are strong, sturdy and in great structural condition. They only have nicks and scratches, but no broken/cracked joints or any other serious issues. Both doors have minor breaks/cracks in the veneer (see last photo). Most of the blemishes that they have will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks".Modification: Would you want to take both of these doors and turn them into a pair? We could also modify the door(s) to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could make a frame(s), trim or add to the heights or widths, replace panels with glass, reverse the swings, plug the hardware holes, etc. Message us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.Dimensions:Door#1: (Right in-swing)29 7/8" x 84" x 1 3/4"Door#1: (Left in-swing)29 3/4" x 84" x 1 3/4"Too tall, short, wide or narrow?
