Description: Homer Laughlin Royal Harvest Wheat Pattern Salad Plates Up for auction is a set of 2 vintage Homer Laughlin Salad Plates, in the Royal Harvest Wheat Pattern. Each plate has gold trim, along with a decoration of dancing/waving shafts of golden wheat and green leaves in the center. The diameter of each plate measures approximately 7.25 inches across. These pieces were made in Newell, West Virginia, and the pattern is # RY255, which is now discontinued. Both plates are in good vintage condition, with minimal soiling and wear, and no cracks, chips, stains, discoloration, repairs, nor any other damage that I can detect, other than general wear from use, and minor surface scratches from utensil use, resulting in some loss of decoration, along with wear to the gold trim.
