Description: Here's a year 2000 model Squier SE, unmolested except for a little fret leveling I did in the setup - and very little of that was needed. I filed the nut a bit on the tenor side, adjusted the bridge for height and intonation - turned the truss about 3/4 down and voila - a ready to play shredder, and one of the best sounding Strats I've ever heard - awesome tone. I plan to post a sample soon.This guitar is used, but not by much. The protective cover is still on the pickguard and the feel is like new. Serious Strat players oftentimes get these to modify - put custom pickups on them instead of cutting on their American made guitars. The fit and finish on SE series from these years is a cut above other Squier models, and this one is near mint.The string height at the 12th fret is set at 3/32" bass side - 1/16" treble side and it plays like butter up and down the fingerboard.
