Description: Regrettably, the magic feature whereby pulling the cord, the cuckoo clock is supposed to have sound. Upon placing fresh batteries in the ornament, there still is no sound. However, the other movement features work. A little miniature Pooh figure comes out as a cuckoo usually does and the hour hand does change to each successful hour on each pull of the string. The ornament is still quite charming, unique and quite aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It still brings some fun as the string is pulled.
