It is water treated with an aquatic medicine called methylene blue. This blue water is to protect live product during shipping. Please discard blue shipping water and rinse water appropriately. DO NOT put the blue water or rinse water in aquarium. Methylene blue is safe for the product but it is absolutely not safe in the aquarium. If you have no previous experience with methylene blue, please message me before ordering so I can provide you with instructions. Ignore Ebay's shipping time, it will most likely be wrong. This is to make the shipping process smooth as possible. Shipping of live product is done Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekends at post office. Keep in mind that it can take up 48 hours to prepare live animals for shipping. If there is too small of a window to prepare live animals in time for shipping on Tuesday, the order will not ship out until the next week. This is a temperature and time sensitive product. Live Arrival Guarantee(LAG): Your LAG includes a replacement (if more of that live product is available) or a refund of losses in the event live product beyond free DOAs arrives not alive.
