(8) ‘NOS’ Champion Y-5 Spark Plugs ...... Made in USA These are Vintage Champion Spark Plugs in their original little boxes sweetventidk1989sweetventidk1989They have never been used, & were made in the USA. They have been out of production for many years and are harder and harder to locate. These are from the late 1940’s early 1950’s. These are not reproductions. Specs....10MM x ¼ reach. Hex head is 5/8 These Spark Plugs are approx. 70 years of age (see the photos). I deal in a decent volume of Vintage Spark Plugs (click, see other items atop this page). Accordingly, I can distinguish an average condition Spark Plug verses an Excellent Conditioned part when I see it. To the point, though there is some tarnish on the brass Terminals, I doubt there is a better example of (8) NOS Champion Y-5 Plugs out there. Champion originally packaged each of these wrapped within a wax paper and the electrode is protected with a cylindrical cardboard shield. All of that is still present and is included and will be re-packed (see photos). My Vintage NOS Spark Plugs may be between 40-80+ years of age. The boxes, which house the plugs, may show typical or various signs of shelf-wear as it is a paper product. These particular spark plugs have individual plug boxes in excellent condition with some end flaps possibly missing or tapped. The outer set box has some shelf wear.
