Comes with the original tags. The to has elastic so these stay up. I put tissue paper in one to get it to stand up.These are a European size 38 which is an 8. I think they might fit an 8.5 but I’m not sure because I’m swimming in them. I’d suggest checking out some Aigle size charts online to confirm.
