It has many trade names including Lamson & Goodnow, Lamson, Lamsonsharp, Hoffritz,… Lamson products are still handcrafted in Massachusetts by American workers. This knife has the blade forged from the fine carbon steel designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction. The two-piece wood handle is secured with four pins over the full tang and secured with a two-piece steel bolster held in place with a single pin to achieve the good fitting for durability, strength, & balance. It is Lamson & Goodnow.
