Description: This antique glass globe was bought at an antique store owner estate sale. Replacement globe is in good condition with no cracks or breaks but shows tiny chips at the fitter. It is Victorian English origin and originally sat upon a hurricane lamp or a ship lighting fixture. I have two of these globes but slightly different color variations. The glass is thick not to mention heavy as each globe weighs approximately 2lbs -12oz.
