Description: Antique Edwardian White Cotton Summer Shift Dress Crochet Lace Panels Cutwork. This authentic antique Edwardian dress is made of a white cotton fabric with inserts of elaborate crochet floral lace. The dress has 3/4 length sleeves that are finished with crocheted cording and a drawstring. The shoulders are trimmed with a wide panel of crochet floral lace. A slight v-neck line is finished with a sailor collar and corded center front tie. The center back features a series crochet covered buttons, however most of the are false. The back of the dress is only open with function buttons to about 6" below the neck line. Ornate medallions of floral crochet are featured at about knee length on the front and back of the dress. The dress is in good vintage condition, however there are a few small holes at the center front and on the collar as pictured. It is sold AS IS.
