She has a long brown human hair wig with newer pate. Pierced ears. Blue sleepy eyes. An open mouth with teeth. Nice coloring on face. Her body is nicely strung and in good condition with some loss of paint in areas, please see pictures. She is wearing undergarments and an antique white cotton dress. Socks and shoes.
