Description: This listing is for a Jas Guthrie of London antique oil lamp, with a Duplex Superior double burner. It is in very good overall condition and would benefit from a light sympathetic clean. The brass shoulders that hold the burner in place are loose but still work. There are no obvious chips or cracks to the glass bowl or the ceramic base. The brass fluting to the base is slightly distorted. One of the Duplex Superior ceramic inserts is in place but broken. The brass burner is dented in places but not cracked or split and would benefit from a strip down and clean. The white glass globe is in very good condition.
