Description: This listing is for a French Limoges porcelain small oval serving dish with large cobalt blue border and encrusted with gold decorated by George Rouard for Raynaud. The dish measures 1 1/2 inches deep and is 9 1/4 by 5 1/4 inches at the top rim. It has a white center with a gold verge and wide cobalt blue border that is banded by an encrusted gold pattern. This is further lined with a thin cobalt band and gold rim edge. It is marked on verso "T&V LIMOGES FRANCE", along with "GE. ROUARD 34 AVE. DE L'OPERA PARIS" and a blue round mark "LIMOGES FRANCE" with swan. The serving dish is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
