Description: This is a rare tinned coper plate from 1736. There is a hand hammered inscription in another language and the year 1736 with no other markings or designs. All other examples of this style plate on internet have just decorative designs and are listed as Otttoman Empire. This is the only example of one with a year hammered into it. It is very soft sheet copper so it has 200 years of dings scratches and tarnish. It can polish up nice but I leave that up to the new owner because most antiques loose value when altered.
