Description: Listing for one restored Yale & Towne keyhole mortise #1620 with heavy cast bronze faceplate. Refurbished. The case has been stripped down to bare metal and repainted inside and out. All interior parts have been clean and checked. Does not come with a key. The faceplate is solid, heavy cast bronze. Faceplate is straight and repolished but will show light wear from being in use for well over 100 years. Overall excellent condition. All interior parts have been cleaned and polished. All interior parts and springs are in good operating condition and replaced with comparable vintage parts if necessary. All my mortise locks are reconditioned and fully functioning. Keys are not included unless specifically noted in the listing as well as the pictures. The best description are the pictures posted. Use them to verify condition and dimensions.
