Description: Antique Saint Louis Micado Gilt Engraved Pattern 887 Tumbler / Juice Glass Antique French hand blown and cut crystal tumbler / juice glass. The engraved pattern is pictured in the 1908 catalog and the pattern and shape are pictured in the 1930 Saint Catalog as the Micado shape and described as "gravure cristal de roche 887" which translates as "Rock Crystal engraving 887." This would have been produced prior to 1936 when Saint Louis / St Louis started marking their wares. Has some wear to the gilding, and a small flake to the base edge, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 2 3/8 inches wide x 4 3/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
