Description: Antique SCHOOL HOUSE Child's Oak & Writing SLATE Chalk Board & STYLUS Pencil Click images to enlarge Description ANTIQUE SLATE CHALK BOARD & STYLUS Wonderful antique one-room schoolhouse child's oak trimmed, double sided writing slate chalk board measuring about 13-3/4" tall by 10" wide. Stamped LIZARD BRAND Made in Crero (can't quite make the location out), it is complete with chalk pencil (stylus) wrapped in old striped paper. Condition is primitive and worn with age related scuffing, spotting and wear to the slate - I did not try to remove this as I think it adds to the charm. The stylus was taped onto the board with old yellowed tape - I removed this, but there is a bit of tape residue on the slate - edge is pierced for hanging.
