Description: An interesting piece of WWI "trench art". This is an ashtray measuring about 11 x 7 cms with the Gott Mit Uns center plate from an Imperial German belt buckle in the center. In very good condition and a well made old piece. This turned up in a French flea market near the Somme. I will send an invoice at the end of the auction with the correct postage for your destination. Buyer pays US$14 for registered mail outside the UK. Postage within the UK is $6. Registered airmail is much safer since it allows tracking of packages and compensation in the event of loss. For high value items and certain destinations with unreliable postal systems I will only ship under registered airmail. I am always willing to combine postage on multiple wins.
