We try to ship within 1 to 2 business days. (Please look at our feedback) All packages have a tracking number. All FedEx and UPS packages are insured. We can insure USPS packages at you request. This will cost extra, all USPS shipments will have a delivery conformation (tracking) number. Please remember that UPS still can't deliver to a PO Box or APO address. You will need to send it through the Post Office. You would be amazed how many people want us to send it UPS to a PO Box. We ship via USPS on all international orders. You will need to contact us for an international shipping quote. We insure for, and fill out the customs forms with the purchase price. Customs may delay or hold a package. Any taxes, VAT, customs fees or duty will be your responsibility. We do not ship to certain areas, hopefully it does not apply to you. Canada and Mexico are foreign shipments.
