This display is the marriage of the work of 2 masters of fly fishing craftsmanship. 13” x 13” – 14 flies. Paul was a longtime member of Umpqua Valley Fly Fishers and Southern Oregon Fly Tyers. He demonstrated his extensive fly-tying skills at Fishing Expos. He created fly patterns and had an encyclopedic knowledge of thousands of fishing flies. Bill Peakes was recognized locally, nationally and internationally as an avid fly fisherman, fly tyer, bamboo rod restorer and member of the board of the Mission Peak Fly Anglers Fishing Club based in Northern California. Bill obtained unique flies from well recognized fly tyers and created beautiful fly boxes which were displayed in his home and also generously made available to various venues supporting angling and conservation.
