If you have the shoulder straps, it can also be used as a Left Hand shoulder holster, with the holster being worn under the right arm, for a left hand draw. It is new, old stock, in the package. This new holster will fit the following S&W models: 39, 59, 439, 539, 639, 659, 559, 459, and the 3906 and the 5906 with the round trigger guards only.
