Summaries of distribution, habitat, and behavior are included. 70 excellent line drawings illustrate the volume." The book is in good condition, in an acceptable dust jacket. The jacket is now protected by a clear plastic sleeve, but has many chips, tears and creases, is age-toned, and the title at the spine has for the most part faded away. The jacket may be in several pieces. The front flap is clipped. The green cloth boards show wear at the extremities. It's starting to crack at page 308, There's a gift inscription, small pencil mark, bookstore ticket and loss due to sticker removal on the ffep. The interior is otherwise unmarked. There are tiny spots of unknown origin at the top edge of several pages, which caused them to stick together, and a small amount of damage to a couple pages when they were pulled apart.
