The booklets holding the CD's has some minor shelf wear just from not being stored in a climate-controlled storage space so it looks as if it got some moisture, so the card stock stuck to each other and torn a little when trying to open the booklet. You can see what I'm talking about in the pictures. User Manual in very good condition, no torn or missing pages.
