It is a pivotal scene where BATMAN is chasing ROXY ROCKET in a traffic tunnel. It is also a special set up...this is TWO CELS. Batman is on one, and the BACKGROUND is also actually a fully hand-painted cel! This piece comes with its gold embossed WB logo and certificate of authenticity. I always hate to see these go...they are one of a kind pieces of ORIGINAL ART, and cels are no longer used in animation production. It is a dying art (if not dead already).
