Description: This Ebay item is equipment by DEC or Digital Equipment Corporation. IT is a Vintage DEC compatible RK05 disk drives by Burroughs. Two drives mounted in the cabinet pictured. We had to remove the bottom power supply to lighted the weight to go up some stairs. This power supply will have to reconnect by the buyer. These drives did not have a built in head lock mechanism like DEC RK05 drives so the headed were tied back with wire before we moved them. Sorry we have no way to test these before shipping. These are to be refurbished by the buyer or use for parts. A special power cord pictured is included.3/19/2024 Just came in :-)) We had a complete DEC PDP8E System with a RK05 & PC04 Paper Tape Reader/Punch with a PC8E controller in a H960 cabinet.
