Description: The Carvin Cobalt 850 belongs to the upper class of Cobalt Acoustic Series lineup. It comes with a dreadnought cutaway body made of rosewood back and sides with a solid spruce top. Top and back panels on this model are bound in multiple layers of matching binding. Top is also decorated with a tortoise shell pick guard and triple circle abalone rosette around the sound hole. The bridge on this model is made of rosewood and equipped with belly shape. Also, it features ebony string pins and TUSQ saddle. Under-saddle piezo and side-mounted preamp are both made and supplied by Fishman. Neck is made of solid mahogany and it is attached to the body with a dovetail joint. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with 20 medium-sized frets covered with dot position inlays. Comes with Fishman Prefix Plus T electronics that includes a tuner. Condition: This Carvin Cobalt 850 is in overall very good condition. Light dings & scratches mainly on the on the sound board with very light buckle rash on the rear as well near pickup input, see photos. Frets show very light wear, fretboard is in excellent condition. This guitar plays amazing, producing a great full warm tone. Nice low action making for an easy play. This guitar looks great, and the electronics in it sound spectacular too! Everything pictured is ready to be professionally packed and shipped.
