I count this as completed since most/all casino games don't use joker cards. -At the bottom are 2 decks that are incomplete With the Boulder City deck missing: 1 Diamond Ace, 2 9's (Diamonds and Clubs), and 1 Joker. Then the Hilton deck is missing 1 5 of diamonds. -Plus an extra 8 of clubs from Boulder Station Resort and Casino I am all about transparency to the customer and being truthful from beginning to end.
