Charlie has been in the family for a very very long time and I am guessing at least 40 years. He is in very good condition for his age as you can see in the photos. His hat is faded and a little softer then when he was brand new but he still has it. He is missing his monocle which he wore on his right eye. It is actually just a round piece of plastic that had a string on it. I am sure you can make a new one or possibly find one online. He has his original string to make his mouth move but it is a little slow opening and closing, probably just a little adjustment. Charlie comes with his original outfit with the addition of the American Flag pin because Charlie is a true American Patriot.
