Description: Lemax tip top toy factory from 2012 is a great collection to your Christmas village. Item is preowned condition. The hook from the side, assembly shop sign and two elf toys have broken off this piece but can be glued back on. I’ll let the new owners do that. The smoke stacks that light up above the paint post sign are very wobbly loose and will need glued to secure it. None of these items affect the factory use. All sounds and lights work. Great item to have to add to your Christmas village.
