CONDITION: SOLD AS IT WAS FOUND, REFLECTIVE OF THE CONDITION. THERE IS A MUSEUM ID TAG STITCHED TO THE LINING AND BOTH THE CAPE, COLLAR, AND THE CAPE ITSELF HAVE BEEN RELINED WITH A NEWER FABRIC AND WHEN TOUCHED YOU CAN FEEL THE ORIGINAL BLACK SILK TAFFETA BENEATH, BUT I AM ASSUMING IT IS SHATTERING.
