Description: Nice working 148F that has been recapped, aligned and had the clarifier modded to track tx/rx. The bezel has scratches consistent with a 20+ year old mobile radio. All modes/functions work as they should. The PA and tone button are a little "flakey" and may need some persuasion if used, otherwise they do still work. Included with radio is an Astatic Road Devil, with battery and a power cord. Radio keys 4-5 watts am peaking 20 watts on my meter.
