His excellent command of drawing and painting techniques allowed him to use and revel in the elaborate styles of universal art history with which he masterfully composed his new iconographies. This led to series such as "Boscomanìa," "Manipulations," "The gods listen," "Woman with hat," and "Variations on Matisse themes," among others. A singular artist, with a cosmogony filled with mysticism and poetry. His work has permeated a style in the eastern part of Cuba, creating the so-called "school of Cosme Proenza."COSME PROENZA.
