Return policy details: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the item, and receive a full refund AFTER the item has been returned back to Tradition of Oxford in a perfect (and undamaged/unused) condition. You therefore have a further 6 days to cancel the order from the date of posting. The postage charge for the item return is at the customers own cost, with the initial delivery charge to the customer at our cost. Both parties therefore incur costs in the transaction.
