Description: This building has some issues, missing two tiny pieces on the roof. Also the battery compartment has corrosion. I took pictures of both of these issues. The bat has Styrofoam stuck to him, that just needs to get wiped off. I didn't test with batteries to see if the lights work the compartment probably just needs cleaned and you would be good, but not sure. The box sleeve has lots of wear. Selling this at a low price hoping it finds a good home, with someone who doesn't mind the flaws it has. Shipping is free and I ship within one day from payment.
