We have been manufacturing LED Signs in the US for over 14 years. How do you troubleshoot an LED sign? Perform a basic inspection to make sure it's plugged in properly, and the circuit hasn't tripped. Check all the connections and make sure everything is secure. 1- Perform a basic inspection to make sure the power switch hasn't tripped. 2- Check communication (try to connect). 3- Contact LED Sign Manufacturer or supplier. 4- Look for the original instruction Manual, go to the trouble shoot section. 5- You may open the sign, check all the connections, and make sure everything is secure, but first you must turn OFF the main power braker. Turn the main braker back ON to check if all power supplies are on (you should be able to see a tiny green or red light on each power supply). If any of the lights are OFF, it’s likely the power supply is dead and needs to be changed. Make sure to take pictures before you remove any screw or wires to refer to the picture when replacing any parts. Main braker must be on OFF POSITION while you are working on the sign and while you are touching any of the wires or parts. If all those things are satisfied and still don’t work, a service call maybe needed. A trained tech. will be able to help you solve the problem quickly.
