Description: Estes #2008 Yellow Jacket Model Rocket Clone Kit. This is an auction for the Bad Boy Rocketry clone kit of the Estes Yellow Jacket model rocket kit. This rocket builds to a little over 16 3/4" and is capable of flights of 1400 feet on a "C" motor. This is one of my favorite designs with a unique fin shape and great decals. This is my own clone replica using a high-quality balsa nosecone and conventional motor mount with laser-cut, plywood centering rings (the original had a cardboard tube mount - which I never liked). Included in the kit is a link to the original kit instructions with a tube marking guide and shock cord mount. This kit includes self-adhesive decals, but does not include a parachute.
