It is made up of narrow tubes, a solid plate and some hanging elements (little crosses and cones). The narrow tubes are decorated with black and red beads adding colour to the item. In Mapuche personal ornaments nothing is by chance, all things, shapes and details, are linked to the deep Mapuche spiritual world, as it happens here with the plate embellished with abstract decorative elements made in engraving and embossing technique, protruding a grain which represents the fertility of nature, it represents life. Those cones and little crosses hanging from the plate tinkling to the rhythm of walking to invoke the benefactor spirits of the ancestors.
