This isn't very noticeable when installed. This kit includes the replacement hook, and the screws to attach itSome minor drilling and cutting is needed. A a drill with a 1/8 bit and a dremel with a cutoff wheel are needed.Installation simply requires the removal of your old hook by cutting or grinding the plastic away. Use the top cover plate to line up the new hook. Once lined up, drill two holes through the hook plate and console plate and attach with included screws.
