Transfer tape is basically a large sheet of masking tape used to transfer the decal from the paper backing to the car window (or wherever you are applying it). As a disclaimer, I am stating that I cannot give you the knowledge to install these decals. You can follow an instructional video on You-Tube if you need assistance.
