I am lucky enough to have one of these in my home and it is an essential part of my everyday life. It makes huge quantities of perfectly shaped and crunchy nugget ice. It is extremely easy to clean, requiring that you add a small amount of vinegar or bleach and run it through the "clean" cycle and then dump the water out afterward using the easily disconnected hosing in the back. The outermost box was damaged during shipping but there are several layers of protection between the outermost box and the device. For full transparency I've included photos of the damages to the box, under which you can see additional layers of cardboard protecting the item. Please be advised that while it is highly unlikely the item will show any marks or damages related to this, that I can not guarantee this is the case as I have not removed the item from the original packaging. By bidding you understand that there is a chance that the item shows some consequence of the damage of the packaging.
