This high quality HVLP gun has no flat seals behind to air cap to deteriorate in acetone and has limited seals internally. The 2.0mm nozzle is perfect for most resins and gel coats. We use stainless for our fluid nozzle and each gun includes a .12 liter plastic cup. Smaller nozzle assemblies are available for thinner materials. Die cast aluminum blue anodized body is comfortable in your hand and is just the right size to get into tight areas. This professional grade touch-up gun comes complete with a 2.0mm stainless steel nozzle, 0.12 liter cup and plastic material strainer. There are separate adjustments for spray pattern width and material volume. The 2.0mm nozzle is perfect for gel coat and resin. Blue die cast body ensures long life. Most small touch-up guns are designed with a flat seal just behind the threads that the air cap attaches to. Our model G830 is a one piece casting eliminating this problem seal. If you have used other similar spray guns and cleaned them in acetone, the seals desintegrate. Our G830 can be cleaned in acetone without this problem.
